Frequently Asked Questions
Why does a pharmaceuticals company need insight into handling exceptions?
Your supply chain generates hundreds, thousands, or even millions of pieces of data every day. Take advantage of our time-saving digital agents, who can monitor every piece of data in real-time and alert you (and your partners) the moment something becomes non-compliant. These AI-powered agents review every piece of data while having a complete understanding your SOP and compliances needs. Gain confidence that things are going to plan, and let your operations staff focus on the most pressing and urgent cases when our system raises an exception.
How can my staff use the system? Will I need to train them or provide logins?
The majority of the interactions by staff will be with our patented* QR Sensor system, which allows anyone to interact with a defined process based on the lane. What this means is that warehouse staff, drivers, managers, etc. can use their mobile device to scan a QR code to load a custom interface that enables them to complete checklists, view documents, upload photos, and more. Staff won’t need to learn a new system or remember a login; just have an internet-connected smartphone or device to use.
How does CargoSense work with my existing management systems and data providers?
CargoSense is a custom and highly flexible solution. Our digital twin model is able to integrate with most most API- or email-based systems, and provide oversight over that data. We do not support most hardware trackers due to location accuracy needs. As each customer’s use case and technology stack is unique, please contact us with any integration needs or questions.
